JF Real Estate was a logo design for a real estate agent located in Wilmington, NC. The client wanted a very unique and modern design. The design needed to have the client's initials which is what I started with. I began to play with the letter J and F. The color for this font had to be black and gold. We determined the final logo needed to have a key and a house included.
